Day 0 - Harrogate - Hales Bar on Friday, May 3rd, 2013
We took off on United Airlines Flight 100 from Dulles Airport on 5/2/2013 in a Boeing 757-200. Nice plane. No complaints. The plane is much smaller than the super jumbos like the Airbus 380 which takes much longer to board and deplane due to its size. The flight was uneventful and lasted about 7.5 hours.
After landing in Manchester, we met our friends David and Anne for lunch at Hales Bar in Harrogate. Enjoyed a nice Steak And Ale meat pie. Hales is a very old bar that opened for visitors to the nearby warm springs.
