We ended our day of exploring Port Isaac, Tintagel and the Tamar Otter & Wildlife Centre with dinner at the Hole In The Wall, a small restaurant within walking distance of our B&B. Once a debtors' prison between 1749 and 1779, the building has served as a pub since the 1930's. There is a small pub lounge and bar on the ground floor. Upstairs is a small dining room. I chose Bangers & Mash. Translated into American English: Sausage & Mashed Potatoes. Topped with onion gravy, the meal arrived at our table steaming hot. It was a wonderful meal! Warms the heart in cool weather. It is a popular component of English Pub Grub. After a great meal, we hiked up the steep hill to Bedknobs B&B. While we were not enamored with the climb every night after dinner, we loved the B&B!

I enjoy taking photographs of pleasant landscapes, wonderful wildlife, birds, flowers & plants. Anything naturally beautiful! It is my intention to capture the beauty around us and share it with others. It is my hope that these images will encourage more people to explore and appreciate the great outdoors.
